Came delivered damaged with melted foam piled up 10 inches at bottom. Delivery service refused to allow us to refuse delivery and left it. Took three days to get a hold of Serta direct then another ten days before it was picked up and now waiting on refund

We have been trying to "get used" to this mattress for two years, but ultimately we have just decided to get rid of it to save our marriage. The motion transfer is awful, we tested in the store and it seemed good but somehow the one we got transfers even tiny motions. It doesn't actually seem to cool very well either.

I got this from AshleyHome Store. The mattress was nice and cool in the store. I lay down on it for a good 5 minute and it was still cool. The one they delivered was cool for like half a minute and become hot. I called them up and complained. They send some guy who took some picture and touched mattress. After that they called me back saying there was nothing wrong with the mattress. A total waste of money.

This is my second Serta foam mattress. My first we had for 12 years and it was terrific. When we needed to replace we went to our local furniture store and asked for the same mattress. The salesperson said this was the best replacement and it was much improved. Yikes, not so much. I wake up every night from the heat radiating out of this thing. Very disappointed. I dread summer.

Deceiving when it is soft at store then when it gets delivered it is firm. Plush 4000 is very expensive and can't try it out if get from local store. It should have been a clue when company won't stand behind making sure your comfortable. I told my salesman it was not soft like store and his excuse was cuz store one gets sat on by everyone so it is broke in. I paid $2899 for king matress and haven't even had it 6months and been wishing hadn't got it within few days of finally getting after 2mo delay. Don't waste your money like I did or back hurt daily. Doesn't support. Too firm on hips if lie on side too

We received our mattress a couple weeks ago and are pleasantly surprised that it does live up to its claims of keeping you cool through the night. I run really hot when I sleep, waking up several times during the night. The mattress actually regulated my body temperature giving me a great night sleep. Had never had a foam mattress before and seemed a little weird at first but now it's fine.

The Serta Artic Premier is a mattress that does so many great things to help you get a good nights rest. This mattress is so beneficial to those like me who get hot at night and toss and turn just to get comfy and cool down. This mattress helps with that! I know, at first I was thinking to myself, there is no mattress that can actually cool you down while sleeping. I was in for a rude awakening though. I also thought that the mattress was a bit too "hard" or too firm for my liking. I couldn't had been more wrong about something in my whole life! This mattress is made with different layers that each do something important, and its 4 layers to be exact! The very top layer is a heat absorbing material that helps cool you, then you have the memory foam which I totally felt once I laid down on it. then comes the cool pressure memory foam ( double memory foam is the best thing ever!) and finally at the bottom, the foam core which supports whatever sleep position you like. This mattress has changed the way I sleep and wake up in the morning. I no longer toss in bed trying to cool down and find a comfortable position and I no longer wake up with stiff body aches. I am so happy that I can now finally get a good nights rest thanks to Serta!

We needed a new mattress so we got this Serta Artic Premier in a Queen size. My husband runs hot and I've also started running hot after having a baby; with this mattress we stay cool. It's super comfortable and we've been getting a good night's rest with no back problems. I'm loving the mattress and the good sleep I'm getting and so does my husband.

We desperately needed a new mattress and decided to try the Artic Premier mattress by Serta. All I can say is , WOW! This mattress is amazing! It is cool to touch, and is firm enough to support all the right places. It is so comfortable and I no longer wake up stiff and hurting in the morning. I am truly impressed with the quality of this mattress and will definitely look to buy another Serta mattress in the future.

We have been sleeping on our new mattress for a few weeks now and we love it. The best part about the Arctic Premier is that the memory foam comes with a cooling effect. When you lay down you never feel hot or restless. You can actually feel the coolness of the mattress every time you lay down. Not only that but the actual memory foam is super comfortable, it molds to your body's natural shape with the perfect firmness for support. We also love that when one of us changes sleeping positions at night we don't even feel it. We have had the most restful non interrupted sleep on this mattress. I absolutely love this Arctic Primer mattress, I'm typically uncomfortable and hot at night, but OMG, I was so comfortable and cozy on this mattress. I had a great cool sleepful night. The mattress is nice and firm enough for me, I had great support and comfort. It's a nice thick and beautiful mattress, its looks of great quality. I would definitely recommend thie Arctic Primer mattress.

I absolutely love this mattress. It is cooling relaxing comfort. It is so plush - you can feel the way it cushions your body from the moment you lay down. Firm and super comfortable. The cooling is really from the first touch. As someone who sleeps and often wakes up hot - it is such a welcome relief. I have been able to sleep without waking up and feeling like I have to get up to cool down. With this mattress- I actually can use a blanket or comforter and be comfortable. Recently, I was able to do an unusual test. I lost power and it was a very hot morning and afternoon. I went to lay across the bed and could immediately feel the mattress draw the heat from my body. I stayed on
the mattress the entire time the power was out and was actually comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised. For me this mattress has been life changing. It changed the way I feel during the day. A great find! When shipped it is securely packed. I received this mattress as part of a sampling program.

I've never had or knew what a cooling bed is. This bed has completely changed my life. I run hot so by morning, my blanket would be nowhere in sight. After sleeping on this bed, the cooling feature of the mattress has allowed me to have a better nights rest. I have the firm bed and it feels very supportive. I typically roll around in the middle of the night, but I haven't noticed myself rolling around and waking up in the middle of the night.

I love everything about this mattress. I have back and neck problems and so sleeping on a firm mattress is very important to me. This one feels wonderful. It is firm, but not hard. It is also cooling which I have never experienced before in a mattress. It is made well - thick and also very heavy. I highly recommend it if you have problems sleeping on your current mattress.

The Serta Arctic mattress is very comfortable. My previous mattress, although comfortable, ended up being too soft and lumpy after a couple years of use. It caused a lot of back pain and discomfort so switching to this new mattress was amazing. It's firm without being hard and it provides great support regardless of what position you sleep in. As someone who switches positions constantly, I was able to sleep without a problem and felt properly supported. I also didn't feel like I was overheating while sleeping on this mattress. It kept my body temperature comfortable and didn't retain any heat where I was sleeping. This is such a great mattress and it's very well put together with the added cooling technology. It's sturdy and provides a restful night of sleep.

Haven't had a good sleep like this in forever. This mattress is so comfortable. I wasn't completely sure how the cooling part would work. But somehow it does. The mattress is very high so if you have a standard box spring be prepared to climb I to bed. Also if you have delivery for the mattress I highly suggest you let the delivery people take it to the room. I had mine left downstairs and getting upstairs was a challenge. It is very heavy. Overall I am 100% satisfied so far.

We received our bed and immediately was impressed. The quality of material is great and the overall comfort is too. I wanted to give this bed some time to get "broken in" before I wrote this and I am glad I did. The bed has met all expectations except for one that I am not 100 % convinced on. The comfort is amazing, we prefer a bed that is a little firm and its the perfect combination of firm and comfortable. The part I am not fully convinced on is the Cooling aspect of it. I get hot when I sleep and I was looking forward to having this feature to hopefully help keep me cooler at night. It may be slightly "cooler" than the mattresses I have had in the past, but it is not as cool as I anticipated.
Overall, this bed is great. While the cooling aspect of it was not what I was expecting, it is an amazing bed for comfort. I am glad that we have this bed and I look forward to many more nights of great sleep.

I love this mattress! I get so hot at night, and this mattress is amazingly cooling. It doesn't seem to retain body heat the way regular mattresses do, or like my previous memory foam mattress did. In comparison to my previous mattress, it is much sturdier, thicker, and you can visibly see the multiple layers. While it is firm, it is not so firm that I end up feeling stiff - just the opposite! I awake feeling refreshed, with less soreness because of the fantastic support. The quality really shows with the upper layer where you can see the stitching, and what appears to be the cooling pockets. I find I am tossing and turning a whole lot less too, and my partner is sleeping better because of this as well. I just can't say enough about this mattress!

I got this mattress since my 6-year-old spring mattress was sinking in the middle, causing me and my partner to have terrible sleep/lack of sleep. We chose this company after doing a lot of research on various mattress delivery providers (Casper, Endy, large box retailers), and we chose them due to the great evaluations. This was also less expensive than the competition. It arrived swiftly, and the box was simple to open. It was fascinating to watch the mattress "inflate."
We were surprised at how little it sank when we first sat down. Because I'm 5'9" and my partner is 5'3", the Queen size was ideal. Our first night's sleep was wonderful, and I haven't slept so soundly in a long time.
I adore how firm the mattress is, and after years of sleeping on memory foam toppers and squishier mattresses, this one is a dream come true. In the morning, I can sleep on my back or side without any neck ache. I have TMJ as well, and I've noticed that when I sleep, I don't clench my jaw as much (and I don't wake up with any soreness or migraines).
Since acquiring this mattress, I've had nothing but amazing nights' sleep. Even getting up is more pleasant because I feel fully slept rather than tossing and turning all night!
I'm interested to see how this mattress performs in the summer. Around that time, I'll update this review. Thank you Arctic Premier for being honest about the quality of your goods,

I am very impressed with this mattress! I typically sleep very hot and this mattress takes that away for me! it is cool to the touch and even with a blanket on, you can still feel cool spots. The support is great, literally no complaints at all!

Oh my the serta arctic premier mattress is the most comfortable mattress I ever had. I usually don't sleep all the through the night I toss and but I don't have that problem anymore I never slept on a soft firm mattress before serta I love it. I was surprised at how thick this mattress is and love that I didn't need a box spring. It is very supportive and forms to my body without makung me sweat all night. It keeps me cool and best of all doesn't have that damp feeling that I've experienced with other sleep cooling products. It is firm and comfortable so I can get a good night's sleep and wake refreshed in the morning.

With this new bed I decided not to use my foam topper. Right away I noticed how much more breathable this bed is and doesn't make you sweat. That is a tad firmer than my last mattress, but find it to be very comfortable nonetheless. Usually when I get a new bed I have a couple weeks for my body adjust to the mattress. With this mattress I don't have any aches and I didn't really have that adjustment period like I expected. Two thumbs up.

To say this is the best mattress I've have is an understatement. I struggle with staying cool at night and this mattress keeps me cool all night. It also confirms to my body whenever I turn over. I love how the whole bed does not stir when you get on or off the bed so you don't wake anymore. The design on the actual mattress is sleek and elegant. Very much would recommend. The only thing I would like better is for the mattress to be less firm.

I like the softness of this mattress the fact it had a built in cooling effect was great, considering I am going thru menopause. I think that this was a good product, sturdy, not too firm but firm enough that I got the best sleep ever. My previous mattress was not good my back hurt every night but I woke to a good night sleep. This mattress is worth the money and if your a hot natured person this is the mattress for you.

This mattress was received as part of a sampling program. I have problems sleeping. I stay hot during the night, I toss and turn all night and I just have a problem in general. This mattress was sent to me and honestly impressed me. Comfort wise, I feel like this mattress is as good as any other mattress. Nothing crazy special about it. But the cooling aspect of this mattress was very impressive. I was able to sleep better and stay cool during the night.
